Tim Patty

The godfather of the Powerhouse, an innovator, a legend (at least in our view) of the northwest craft beer movement, these are just of the few things we could say about Tim Patty our brewmaster. Tim’s been brewing beer longer than most craft brewers have even been able to drink. Despite this he’s a humble fellow who loves to talk beer, wine, whiskey, and politics. Tristan Canty

Tristan Canty may look intimidating (we think he may actually live at a gym) but don’t mistake him for anything other than a worldly, thoughtful brewer dedicated to producing the finest ales and lagers in the Northwest.

Daniel Tweten

Born and raised in Tacoma, classically trained in culinary arts, and a third generation restaurateur, Dan is a proud steward of the Powerhouse. He is deeply passionate about both food and beer, and can tell you all about the nuances of everything from lamb to lambic.

Jonathan Tweten

Like Dan, Jonathan is born and bred in Tacoma, and comes from a long line of restaurateurs. Jonathan is a well traveled former Congressional Staff Member and has lived in Egypt, Germany, and the U.K.
